About to PECE 2027
This conference will be held in Zhuhai, focusing on three core areas: stable control of new power system operation, efficient development of marine clean energy, and research and development of highly reliable power conversion equipment, based on the construction scenarios of offshore wind power clusters and new power systems in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. The conference invites senior experts in the global power engineering field and technical leaders in the clean energy industry to conduct in-depth exchanges on Bay Area characteristic topics such as flexible DC transmission of offshore wind power, multi energy coordinated scheduling of island microgrids, and performance optimization of high-voltage power conversion devices. An observation session of offshore wind power bases will be set up to promote the deep integration of power engineering technology with the clean energy construction needs of the Greater Bay Area, and provide core technical support for the construction of a new power system in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.

All full paper submissions to the PECE 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PECE 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to pece@confsflow.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
