About to OWRHE 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Oceanography, Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering will be held in Dalian in 2026. Dalian, located at the southern tip of the Liaodong Peninsula, is a well-known port city and marine research base in northern China, with rich experience in marine resource development and water conservancy engineering construction. The conference conducts exchanges on marine environmental changes, optimal allocation of water resources, and safe operation of hydraulic engineering, covering basic research directions such as physical oceanography, marine ecological monitoring, and estuary and coastal dynamics. Topics also include applied technologies such as seawater desalination technology, smart water management, watershed comprehensive management, flood control and disaster reduction engineering, and ecological water conservancy. The conference is committed to serving the construction of a strong marine country and the sustainable utilization of water resources.

All full paper submissions to the OWRHE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of OWRHE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to owrhe@confsflow.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
