About to IEBCR 2026
IEBCR 2026 will be held in Urumqi. Urumqi, as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, has unique regional advantages in ecological protection and biodiversity research in arid regions. The conference focuses on intelligent ecological monitoring, biodiversity conservation strategies, and restoration engineering technologies, covering core areas such as ecological Internet of Things, species diversity assessment, and desertification control. The attending experts will delve into cutting-edge topics such as artificial intelligence ecological remote sensing, intelligent planning of ecological corridors, ecological restoration of frozen soil areas, and vegetation restoration in arid areas. The conference aims to promote the deep integration of ecology, information technology and engineering technology, and provide scientific solutions for ecological security and green development of the "the Belt and Road" in the northwest arid region.

All full paper submissions to the IEBCR 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of IEBCR 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iebcr@confsflow.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
