About to HUCD 2027
To be held in Changchun, this conference relies on the practical scenarios of urban renewal and digital transformation in the old industrial base of the Northeast. It focuses on three core directions: theories and paths of humanistic development in the new era, refined management of super-large cities, and the construction of digital social governance systems. Gathering global humanities scholars, urban management experts, and digital governance technicians, the conference conducts in-depth discussions on the implementation of humanistic care in urban renewal of old industrial bases, optimizing the "one-network management" system for urban operations, and inclusive coverage of grassroots digital social services. Featuring special field research sessions in urban renewal demonstration blocks, the event promotes the coordinated progress of humanistic development concepts, urban management practices, and digital technologies, providing new governance ideas with both warmth and efficiency for the comprehensive revitalization of cities in the Northeast old industrial base.

All full paper submissions to the HUCD 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of HUCD 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to hucd@confsflow.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
