About to BGPM 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Bioinformatics, Genomics and Precision Medicine will be held in Dongguan in 2026. Dongguan, as a manufacturing city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, has accelerated its layout in biomedicine and big health in recent years. The conference focuses on bioinformatics algorithm development, genomics data analysis, and clinical applications of precision medicine, covering computational methods such as high-throughput sequencing data processing, multi-omics integration analysis, variant annotation, and function prediction. Topics also include frontier research directions such as tumor genomics, pharmacogenomics, rare disease genetic diagnosis, and the relationship between microbiome and human health. All full paper submissions to the BGPM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of BGPM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to bgpm@confsflow.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
